- Real-time control at production start-up and every 200 discs
- Physical control of dimensions: on line, for each disc produced
- Electric control: every 500 discs - Product and process control. All screen printing systems feature Integral Vision systems for control of references; each spindle is labelled with reference number, name of operator and production date. Each system also features working parameter control points (all values in excess of limits generate alarms).
